Chess Type Parking System

A revolutionary parking system with best-in-class space utilization.

 Entire floor plate can be used for parking without the need to keep driveways and ramps.

Consists of lifts for entry/exit of cars and roller beds on parking floor to shuffle pallets in length and width wise directions.

Parking levels can be below ground and above ground as well. The lift takes car on platform and transfers the same to automatically allocated parking floor and vice a versa.

System operations using touch screen and RFID Key FOBs, options of mobile app and integration to BMS system available.

System comes with safety and operational features like vehicle profile check with audio visual parking guidance feature, SS Sliding doors at entry etc. by default. Turn table can be provided on lift as per requirement and driveway availability at site.

This system can be installed above and below ground, also system is feasible in RCC structure and Steel structure. Multiple entry/exits can be provided using multiple lifts as per available space.
