Highly advanced compact parking system with vertical space utilization providing up to 90 Mtr Height accommodating 210+ cars parks. customization for more height and higher capacity can be provided.
Consists of lifts for entry/exit of cars and parking on Either/both sides of the lift as per available space.
Tower parking system enable to park the car below ground and above ground as well. Towers can be designed up to the building heights and even taller than that. Feasible in RCC structure as well as steel structure or combination of both.
The car carried on platform is verified for correct position and acceptable dimension, then transfer the same to specified parking lot. System operations using touch screen and RFID Key Fobs. System comes with safety and operational features like vehicle profile check with audio visual parking guidance feature, SS Sliding doors at entry etc. by default. Turn table can be provided as per requirement and driveway availability at site.

- System can be designed with 3 different parking level heights to maximize the number of parking slots.
- Car entry/exit to the system can be straight, orthogonal using turn table.
- Standard system comes with car capacity of 2000 kg and 2500 kg , customization available for higher capacities

Key Features
- Parking system utilizes maximum vertical and pit space while occupying minimum ground footprint.
- Single entry/exit point and driveway required. Separate Entry/exit door can also be provided as per requirement.
- Automated Sliding Door at Entry/Exit Point
- Structure with design validated by STAAD software with considerations of Seismic, wind loads, dead loads, live loads and other important factors as per IS Codes.
- Tower parking can be designed for heights up to 70 meters in steel structure and 90 +meters in RCC structure along with 12 to 15 meters in pit for additional parking levels.
- Single deep (1 car on both side of cart), double Deep (2 cars on both sides of cart), triple deep (3 cars on both side of cart) or the combination of these is feasible to achieve maximum space utilization.
- System can be designed with 3 different parking level heights to maximize the number of parking slots.
- System possible in Lengthwise and Widthwise parking of cars.

- Fabricated solid platform with PU coated wheels for sliding operation.
- Safety features: vehicle profile check with audio visual parking guidance, obstacle sensors at entry/exit, sensors for pallet positioning, overtravel safety, shaft clearance sensors etc.
